Questions, corrections or feedback on a guide? Use the form below and the CPAP Community editorial team will get back to you as soon as we can.
What we can help with
- Corrections. If something on this site is out of date, unclear or wrong, tell us. We will check it against the primary source, fix it and note the change.
- Questions about a guide. If a guide left something unexplained, that is useful feedback and we will often turn it into a section.
- Suggestions. Topics you looked for and could not find anywhere readable.
- Media and partnership enquiries. Note that we do not accept sponsored placement or paid links in our guides.
What we cannot help with
- Medical advice. We are writers and researchers, not clinicians. We cannot interpret your sleep study, recommend a pressure setting, or tell you whether to change your therapy. That is a conversation for your own sleep clinician — see our medical disclaimer.
- Equipment orders, returns or technical support. We sell no CPAP equipment. For a device fault, warranty claim or recall question, contact the retailer who supplied it or the manufacturer directly.
- Prescriptions. A CPAP machine is a prescription device in the US and only a licensed practitioner can issue one. Our guide on getting a CPAP prescription explains the process.
- Urgent medical concerns. If you are unwell, contact your healthcare provider or emergency services — not a website contact form.
